Self Portrait Shoot 1

Because at the start of this project I was unable access to the studio I decided to use natural light for my first photo shoot. I thought this would be a really good way to start as well because I can then move onto the studio and compare the results at the end. I planned this shoot to be done at 4 in the afternoon because this is when the sun is still bright however it is beginning to set so it creates a more directional light. I also chose to do the shoot indoors because then I could use the plain background of a white wall rather than having to cut the faces out of a background in post production. I use the location of my hallway for the shoot because it gave me an amazing  direction of light coming in through the front door. Here are the contacts unaltered from my first shoot:
