It
makes routine medical procedure like jabs a nightmare as I still have to be

also means I am fearful of getting ill because I want to avoid any situation
where I need an injection or blood test.

My

I
always have to try and get rid of them if I see them anywhere in my house
otherwise I cannot relax and will be on edge if I know there is one in the
room.
When you

The
hairs on the back of my neck go up, my heartbeat quickens and I panic which
gives me an adrenaline rush. It’s essentially a flight or fight response.

I
move away from the spider instantly especially if it’s on me I will frantically
try and get them off. If I can pluck up the courage I will try and get rid of

room.
