From previous blog posts you can see that my idea for my piece has transformed from being basic symbolism, to much more thought out meaningful imagery linking to my personal experiences but also a movement/Dance element was added to try and express more emotions. I also made the decision that my identity would now be kind of present within it with the presence of some personal belongings and also my face under the water in sone shots but then revelled emerging from the water at the very end. This led me to edit my Pre-Vis experiment video I made earlier in this process to fit more of what I am aiming towards now. I again used archived footage online and edited it together to form the basis of the video and also added more effects along the lines of what I would like to achieve. Here is the new Pre-Vis:
I am happier with this edit because I was able to refine my visual aims more taking away some visuals which weren't as effective (Paint Drips etc.) but adding more of the ones which were such the rings and the body movements. I feel this edit flows more smoothly and is defiantly helping me work out how I can achieve the style I want. I am now looking forward to trying out a lot of these visuals and filming them myself with my crew at our experimentation shoot this Thursday.
