Resolution 1, Schedule/Call Sheet for Experimental Shoot

As I have a shoot booked in for Thursday 16th November I have prepared and briefed myself and the crew ready by preparing a schedule/call sheet for them to look over before the hot but also for myself to follow on the day to keep us on track so that we can try out everything we intended to. Here is my schedule/call sheet:

Thursday 16^th November

Experimentation Shoot – ‘Separation’

Unit Call: 8:50am

On Location: 9:00am

9:00am – Billie to assess studio G28 and begin set up.

9:15am – Camera crew go to equipment hire to pick up equipment.

9:30am – Room set up complete.

9:30 am till 10am – Camera equipment and lighting set up.

10:00am – Ring drop and spin shots. Experiment on Infinity Table & White Backdrop.

(Dropping ring, spinning ring, holding ring)

10:30am – Feathers Floating Shots. Experiment on Infinity Table & White Backdrop.

(1 feather floating up, 1 feather falling, lots of feather floating, feather dropping onto table, feather falling onto hand)

11:00am – Air Balloons Popping Shots. Experiment on Infinity Table & White Backdrop.

(Balloon on table being popped, balloon hanging being popped, balloon held then popped, balloon being blow up then popped, deflating the balloon)

11:30am – Personal Object Shots. Experiment on Infinity Table.

(Bridesmaid Dress & Headband, Ballet shoes, Wind Chime, Childhood Toys, Sunflower)

12:00pm – Apple Dropping in Air Shots. Experiment on Infinity Table & White Backdrop.

(Apple with bite dropping camera still, Apple with bite dropping camera movement, Apple being bitten, Hand in shot dropping apple)

12:30pm – Break for lunch. 1 Hour.

1:00pm – Billie returns early to set up Tank area.

1:30pm – Crew Return from Lunch. Tank Filling Up Shot. Experiment on Infinity Table.

(Fill tank up from water bottles and film it if possible)

2:00pm – Water Disturbance Shots. Experiment on Infinity Table.

(Air pump creating air bubbles, making waves with hand, splashing)

2:30pm – Apple Dropping into water Shots. Experiment on Infinity Table.

(Apple Dropping hand in shot, Apple dropping no hand in shot, still shots and movement shots)

3:00pm – Personal Possessions in Water Shots. Experiment on Infinity Table.

(Bridesmaid Dress, Childhood Toys, Sunflower)

3:30pm – Inks dropping into water shots. Experiment on Infinity Table.

(Syringe ink into water 1 colour at a time)

4:00pm – Clean Studio and Pack Down Equipment and Return by 4:45pm
