Sound Project - Lesson 3 (Sound In Depth)

In this lesson we began to study sound in much more depth looking at examples of sound waves etc. I feel like this lesson gave me a greater understanding of how sound works and how it can be used. This will be very helpful to me now when it comes to making and editing my own sound scape. Here are the notes I took from this lesson:

We were also inducted into the sound recording booth/studio as well which is a really nice sound proof space where we can record things such a folly's. Here is the basic set up:

This is the sound proof area where the microphone is where you make the sounds. There is then another room visible through the glass window where the computer is with the monitors and that is where you record the sound too. I really like that we have this resource at our disposal now because even if I didn't use it for this project I can use it to do Folly's for other projects.
